Welcome to User Architect! By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Ownership
Upon purchasing our services, you receive full ownership of all deliverables, including the prototype and all A/B variants created. You also own any revenue generated by the changes we implement.

2. Performance Guarantee and Refund Policy
If a 12% increase in your user journey is not achieved within the first month, we will continue working with you for free until that objective is met. You may also request a full refund if the objective is not met.

3. Information Collection
We collect personal data such as your name, email, and payment information. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Non-personal Data
We collect non-personal data through web cookies to enhance user experience.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

6. Updates to these Terms
